License Terms for casaGeoTools

Credits & Usage

By purchasing casaGeoTools, the user licenses a defined amount of Credits.
Credits are consumed based on the type and volume of requests executed through the HERE Platform (e.g., geocoding, routing, isolines).
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused Credits expire automatically and are not refundable.

License Key

Upon purchase, the user receives a License Key that grants access to their available Credits.
The license is not bound to a specific device, user, or workplace.

Use of HERE Services

casaGeoTools uses the HERE Platform and Services.
All data returned by casaGeoTools is subject to the HERE Terms and Conditions.

Data Usage Restrictions

  • Returned data and geometries may be used within the user’s project.

  • Returned data (including geometries) may not be stored beyond the lifetime of the project.

  • Returned data must not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed in any form.

  • Permanent storage, caching, or database replication of HERE-derived data is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by HERE.
